Return Policy

When you purchase from FetchSupply, you are covered by our Buyer Protection policy. This means:

• If the item is not delivered, damaged on arrival, or significantly not as described, you may open a dispute for a refund.

• The dispute must be opened within 15 days of delivery (or if not delivered, within 15 days of the estimated delivery date).

• Once the dispute is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit, as specified at the time.

• This Buyer Protection option applies to all eligible purchases unless otherwise stated at checkout.
